"summary_nl": "This proposal aims at the experimental realization of silicon solid-state quantum teleportation and to measure a violation of Bell's inequality.\n\nIn the route towards a solid-state quantum information processor, transportation of quantum information is inevitable. The impossibility to obtain all information of a quantum state hinders the transfer by classical means. The solution embodies the most intriguing aspects of quantum mechanics: quantum teleportation. Quantum teleportation has been realized using optical systems. A great challenge is now to realize electronic quantum teleportation on-chip, where up-scaling and coupling to other systems are natural, but interactions with the environment complicates the scenario. \n\nSilicon might come to the rescue and lead to the first quantum teleportation of particles with mass. Isotopically enriched silicon exhibits long spin coherence times. Therefore silicon, on the basis of the semiconductor revolution, is an ideal candidate to become the leading material in the quantum computer revolution. This research proposal will exploit these advantages and is based on the recent results of single-shot read out of electron spins and nuclear spins in silicon. Gate controlled nuclear spins stemming from donated phosphorus atoms coupled to double quantum dots and single-electron transistors will be used to realize silicon solid-state quantum teleportation. \n\nKeywords: Quantum teleportation, Entanglement, Double quantum dot, Nuclear spin\n",
